Lee Bul’s Willing To Be Vulnerable—Transparent Balloon (2025), newly commissioned by the Amorepacific Museum, has been installed in the atrium of Amorepacific’s Global Headquarters in Seoul.

Part of the artist’s ongoing Willing To Be Vulnerable series begun in 2015 examining the aesthetics and ideals of utopian modernity, previous iterations of the work have garnered acclaim in presentations at the 20th Biennale of Sydney; Hayward Gallery, London; Gropius-Bau, Berlin; and the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, St. Petersburg.
