SIKYUNG SUNG: SEESAW
17 May - 28 Jun 2025 BB&M is pleased to present SEESAW, a solo show of Sikyung Sung, among the most talented of the young generation of Korean painters. The new works show the artist continuing to develop a distinctive language of painterly abstraction combining a keen sense of palette with a technical facility that acknowledges, while also trying slip loose from, the long shadow cast by the modernist elevation of abstraction to the height of aesthetic purity.
